LMJ Integration Package
With the Laser MicroJet Integration Package (LMJ-iP), Synova offers manufacturing companies and system integrators a flexible, alternative solution to its complete turnkey systems. Designed for easy integration into 3-axis CNC machines, the package includes the core components of the water jet guided laser technology.
Synova has developed three different LMJ-iP kits for a variety of applications in different industries and also offers a customizable option for special machining applications. This modular solution allows manufacturers and system integrators to tailor the technology to their production needs.
LMJ main components
The kit principally consists of three main components; the laser source, the water system containing the pump and water treatment, and the optical head with camera.
